Work can put an enormous strain on people. Granted, in IT we're far from having to dig coal hundreds of meters below ground. But even as knowledge workers in bright and tidy offices, we often experience significant pressure to deliver results on a day to day basis. What can we do not to succumb to this pressure? How can we stay sane in a world of rapidly changing objectives? In our workplaces, homes and social gathering points, there are people who depend on us to answer these questions and to take the necessary actions to ensure they will be supported appropriately.

In this talk, I'm going to share my experience as a business leader, father and husband with maintaining a steady level of energy for myself and my team.
